PARTICIPATION FEES

The participation fee is Euro 500 excluding VAT per person.
For corporate table bookings (each table accommodates up to 10 persons) the fee is Euro 3000 excluding VAT.
Please note that payment must be received before the conference.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
	I accept the registration conditions set below
- Your registration is only confirmed once full payment is received. - Upon receipt of your registration, an invoice will be issued, which must be settled no later than 2 weeks upon receipt. - There will be no admittance to the forum without prior payment in full and submission of the completed registration form. - Due to the limited number of seats, priority will be given based on the date of submission of the registration form. - You will receive a registration confirmation via email within 1 working day of us receiving your completed registration form. - Cancellations & requests to transfer must be made in writing. In case of inability to attend, we will be happy to accept another person in your place. In case of a written cancellation 15 days prior to the forum, we will reimburse 50% of the cost, otherwise, there will be no reimbursement.
